Landscape Labourer

Location: Based out of Kleefeld, various locations
Reports To: Crew Lead and Project Manager
Position Type: Full-Time Seasonal
Compensation: TBD, dependant on experience

Position Summary

We are seeking a hardworking and reliable Landscape Labourer to join our team. In this role, you will assist with the installation of residential landscaping projects. You will work outdoors in various weather conditions and be responsible for tasks such as planting, sod installation, operating landscaping equipment, and general site clean-up.

Key Responsibilities

 - Assist with the installation of landscape features (sod, trees, shrubs, gardens, mulch, etc.)
 - Operate hand tools and small machinery 
 - Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment
 - Follow safety procedures and company standards
 - Maintain cleanliness and organization of job sites
 - Support the team with other duties as needed

Requirements

 - Previous experience in landscaping or outdoor labor is an asset (but not required)
 - Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
 - Willingness to work in varying weather conditions
 - Reliable transportation to job sites or designated meeting locations with a valid driver's license
 - Strong work ethic and ability to work well in a team
 - Safety-conscious and punctual
